Hey guys/gals,

I'm new here and have a question for you all. I just purchased a 2008 Altima 2.5SL sedan (love it) I have just over 600 miles on it and now when I make a right hand turn I get a noise that can only be discribed as a clicking or grinding noise. Now it does not happen on slight turns lik lane changes or s bends, but only when I make a 90 degree turn. I'm thinking it might be Ice build up on the springs around the shock. It is supposed to get above 32 this weekend and I'll see if it continues after that. But I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this?

I don't know about your particular problem, but I have a friend who had a similar sound and it was an engine mount. Just a thought...

Thanks Guys.

Accually I think it was just the cold or ice. This morning it was fine, temp about 16 degrees. A hell of alot better than -25.

Well I had a similar problem when i got my 2.5 and it turned out that the shield under the bumper had the clips on the left wheel well broken which made it click every time i turned right, so might wanna check on the shield since it has a tendency to lose its flexibility and break when it get overly cold.
