The noise from the lower engine compartment most like is due to failing Electronic Engine Mount. You must address this immediately as it can damage the ECU (driver/power transistor is inside the ECU). You can disconnect the electrical connector to each electronic engine mount. The difference should be minimal. As for the transmission pan, it could be am erratic solenoid. You may have to do a pan drop and check the solenoids there.
