noise from the transmission

what is the noise from the transmission when I sometimes shift in every gear. Only the noise happens when I depressed the clutch lightly and shift in gear(the clutch is softer). What is the answer to the problem?

sort of a grinding bearing noise? it's most likely the throwout bearing, usually not a big problem unless the bearing locks, if you do a clutch job any time soon plan on replacing the throw out bearing while your at it
