noise from the engine

I have a 2003 gle maxima that's making a noise where the belts are but i had the belts replace and the noise is still there. I had the tensioner pulley bearings replace but It still sounds like a wiening noise and it happens when the car is warmed up and i was tolled that it's my warter pump. Has this happen to anyone and what i am being toled the truth, is it the warter pump?
