Just get a louder stereo & all will be OK.
And remember, it's spelled Infiniti.
But yes, you're correct. Heck, cars from across the spectrum suffer from squeaks and rattles. If you consider the crap we put our cars through on a daily drive, it's no wonder we get a few rattles here and there.
The other day I was reading an article regarding the latest generation Lexus IS...it has had an abnormally high amount of complaints about dash rattling noises. So it just goes to show you that this stuff happens on econo-cars as well as luxury makes as well.
I'm an anti-rattle freak - although I haven't felt the need to do so on the Versa yet, on my previous cars, I've lined the interiors with sound-deadening material (under carpet and door panels and in trunks) as well as sought out little rattles here and there and stuffed material behind panels to remove the vibration. It's hard work, but if you want to turn the stereo down and enjoy peace and quiet, it's necessary in just about any car once it reaches a certain age.
