Also with so many possibilities the suspension should be examined and tested for each, a long pry bar would be needed to test the shocks of the struts, the ball joints by trying to make the wheel move in / out from top and bottom, the links are going to need a hand touch between parts as the suspension is lifted, relaxed and then put under load. The QX4 is heavy at the front end and bouncing the car to inspect the front shocks is hard for me but if you are strong and full of energy it may reveal the problem. Otherwise a disassemble is needed and verified. Good luck!
