Noise From Clutch Fan After S14 SR install into S13

I finally got my car back after having my S14 SR installed into my S13 hatch. Everything seems to be running well except for a few small issues. For example, I am experiencing a "humming" noise from my clutch fan and the fan itself is dangerously close the my drive belts. Also, my car stalls occasionally, probably because I am venting my BOV into the atmosphere. And lastly, my vacuum hose from my waste-gate seems awfully long, should I shorten it by creating a nipple on my hot-pipe and connecting it there.

u should start by gettin rid of the clutch fan and get electric, i have an s14 sr with the bov into the atmosphere and it idles fine and about the waste gate hose i have mine goin from under the throttle body to the waste gate and ive yet to have a problem.
