i have a 98 200sx SE 1.6. and i have notice it there is pretty loud air sucking noise (shuuuuuu....) from the air filter. can any one please tell me what possibe wrong? cause i don't remember i have that before, thanks .

I have a 1998 Sentra GXE with the 1.6 engine that does the same thing. K&N filter made it somewhat louder, but this car has always had 'throttle body' noise coming out of intake. When the throttle is opened, this "noise" is drawn into the airbox and is less obvious. Nothing wrong with it, taking off the stock air filter housing will only make it worse...
