Noise coming from springs

I have a 1992 q45 that is making noise coming from the spings according to a mechanic i spoke. He installed new shock to the car and said that the noise was coming from some part in the springs. He did not know the name of the part that i need and the car still makes this squeaking noise even after installing new shocks. This noise is more noticable whn u go through a bumpy street. please tell me what this noise is and how can iget rid of it. And one more thing where can i get a fan for the fan cluch.

Front or rear? If it's the front, I would guess you need new upper links, about $105 each (replace both left and right) and it's just a couple bolts holding it in. Other possibilites: Sway bar bushings, tension rod bushings, link bushings (rear). It's coming from both front and back. i've notice that when i get out it will make the noise lightly in the front when parked and whe i got to the back bumper and press down it makes thw noise as well
