Noise coming from Electronic Throttle Control Actuator

As some of you may know.. I have been fighting an awful noise coming through my after-market amplifier I just added to my 04' 6MT G35 coupe...

Before spending upwards of $100 to have a pro audio shop look at it I want to do some more investigation of my own.

I notice that when my car is in ACC mode (not on!) I hear a noise coming through my speakers... the same noise coming from my Electronic Throttle Control Actuator!

The best was to describe the noise is BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP (the sounds doesn't stop unfortunately); it is rather annoying to hear this same noise coming through my speakers.

Hopefully you all can help...

By the way if some of you dont know, the Electronic Throttle Control Actuator is the last removable part in the intake path before you get to the plenum.
