Noise at startup

My s14 has been making this noise since about the first month after I got it in the summer. It usually only makes the noise after it's been sitting for a day. It happens at about 6 seconds in the video, you have to listen closely.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I cant even bring my car to show anyone because it only makes the noise at a fresh start up.

Can't tell. Try and get a video from outside in the engine bay if you can so we can hear the sound better.It could just be that since your engine was sitting over night all the oil drained out from the head and it takes a couple seconds to build oil pressure and get the oil back up in the head.
