Yeah, so I'm a new Nissan owner, never had one before, always like the Z cars and the old Datsuns...

Okay well, my name is Dan, im in the Air Force, and I just bought a 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SR, it is super Black, and black cloth interior, CVT, and Stillen (Nismo) Exhaust, apparently the dealship will sell you Nismo exhaust and install Stillen's cause Nismo does not make cat back for the 3.5 coupe, but the dealership is nice enough to charge you for the cost of the Nismo...it's an interesting story...so essentially I was charged $989 for the Nismo exhaust, which does not exist, then they installed the Stillen exhaust (Which is actually better anyway) and it only cost $691 , and since I'm not an idiot I looked all this up and went back to the "stealership" and they were very appologetic and refunded me what I paid for installation which was $312. Anyway, the Stillen exhaust sounds great and the car looks awesome. I'm very happy with my Nissan and am already planning my next car after this one, G37S...

well it's a good thing they gave you your money back because that is WAAAAY too much for an exhaust install. Also the nismo does exist because I have it :-)

yeah, I was pretty sure that they made the Nismo for the Altima's, but they don't anymore...

It's doesn't make sense why they would have it for the 2.5L coupe and 3.5L sedan, but not the 3.5L coupe. :-/

Yep, exactly, why no exhaust for the 3.5L coupes...someone should contact Nismo and find out....

Well, I know my Exhaust is Stillen, but as far as everyone else is concerned it's what the little badge on the back of the car says right under the Altima badge... "NISMO".

3.5 version of the Nismo Cat-back was discontinued. The 2.5 Nismo exhaust is only slightly different; one can have a part machined to fit the 3.5.
