I had been meaning to ask this since I did my swap.

My new motor does not have a water/oil cooler on the filter housing. My old CA did. My buddy's does not have it either. What's the difference?

I understand the purpose man, just wondering why some came with some without. I have an external oil cooler so I have no need for it, I was just wanted to know for my own edification.

Yeah but you also have someone who can get you the stuff and got you the cool 200sx Diff cooler and diff pump, and the gauge cluster that has the little diff cooler light.

Every CA I have had has had the cooler on it also.

I can probably score you a couple if you want.

Interesting. So my old motor was a auto to manual conversion. Cool. And the JDM one looks totally different than that UK spec one. Fun stuff.

I didn't like it because the hoses would always wear out and are a PITA to change. And as stated, I have a 26 row B&M heat exchanger mounted in front of my radiator, so no worries!

I never knew until I sent TMS a Euro Gauge cluster. He asked me about a diff cooler light that was on it. Did some snooping around on my 200sx and sure enough the diff is tapped for a cooler, and it has an electric pump on it. All three of my 200sx's had them on there. Definately OEM.
