Hey Guys I got a 2000 Nissan Quest. Emissions are 900 and I am not getting vacuum to the EGRC solenoid (Solenoid works when vacuum is applied). Do you know how I could fix this?

When are you checking for vacuum? It wont be there until the car is driving ,meaning the speed sensor is telling the ECU the car is above a certain speed. The rubber tube at the bottom of the BPT vale burns through often on these cars, keeping the EGR system from working.

I took it to a shop and paid $88 and all they would tell me is that the solenoid isn't getting vacuum, but the solenoid works. They said they couldn't find out exactly why it wasn't getting vacuum unless they took my engine apart and would have charged me $400+.

Do you mean the EGR valve is not getting vacuum, or the EGR control solenoid?

The shop report said "failed on high nox. Tested EGR system - applied vacuum to EGR valve, engine stalls. CHK vacuum to EGR valve - no vacuum. found no vacuum supply to EGR soleniod. unable to access vacuum supply. advice cust. to repair vacuum supply to EGR soleniod and rechk emissions."

Yeah, there is a 3 inch black rubber tube at the bottom of the BPT valve that burns through. If it does, the BPT valve wont allow the vacuum to travel to the valve.
Its the first thing I would check.
Its kinda hard to see under there, but feel around. Its cheap and easy to change if its burnt through.
