No vacuum egr problem

I found out that my egr has no vacuum to it. searching through it i found out that there was a hose missing and i can't find it. It the one under the radiator top hose, suppose to go to the metal tube. Need some help finding it. I got a SOHC. Diagrams didn't help me. need some help please.
