No Vacuum at Idle???

I found a ca18de motorset and swapped the head onto my det. Now the car is running like it has a huge vacuum leak. timing marks are lined up. all the vacuum hoses are hooked up. Intake gaskets checked and torqued to specs. im baffled because at idle the car runs but is rough and shows 0" of vacuum. barely touch the gas and the revs shoot up and it shows 20" vacuum. put it gear and creeped down the road and revs get stuck at about 3500-4200 rpms. whats going on here? Car also will not go into boost

turned out to be a litle piece off old gasket left on intake manifold
