no tow hook in my new versa?

my 2010 versa has no tow hook in the tool kit, why is this not included?

Head back to the dealer and ask for it.

West Covina Nissan has it listed as a seperate line on their new car delivery checklist. Too many tow hooks were missing, sither by omission or stolen, so they keep them in the office and then physically hand it to the customer as they go over the list with the buyer.
