no torque?

hello was wondering if anybody had ideas about my motor? well my ka seems like so sluggish and if you barely press the gas all the way it gets more power to the wheels, rather than when you floor it, it goes no were. anybody could know why this is? i did an ecu check and it gave a 55. but i know it should be alot more torquey than that,

ps i used to have a sohc s13 and when i got my s14 the 13 beat it everytime?

i would do a full tune up and use seafoam. How many miles are on the motor

thanks for the welcome! but it has 217,xxx on it and i have replaced the spark plugs,distribitor, oil every 2500 miles, trans fluid, vlsd fluid, i have heard everything from the knock sensor is bad, or timing chain guide is shot? any other clues?
