No Throttle Response on '13 G37S 6MT

Has anyone had this issue in the video below?
(sorry for the quality. camera couldnt focus in the sun)

Car has less than 24k miles. CPO.
Once or twice a week, the car will have no throttle response.
Initially went to dealership two weeks ago but was unable to replicate the issue.
They recommended a hard ECU reset by disconnecting the battery.
The issue hasn't been solved.

The clicking/stomping noise is the gas pedal hitting the floor. The last few seconds of the video when the rpm drops is when the car is in neutral.
