Ok so I had no tail lights an dash lights for awhile now. I looked online forever and tried everything I could find. I grounded that red and yellow wire to. I made sure all my wires were not touching in my radio harness and all of my wiring inside my car. I looked all over the engine bay grounded stuff out that needed grounded EVERYTHING I also got 2 more white boxes to.

So whenever I put a fuse in the tail lamps it blows as soon as I turn the lights on I went all the way up to a 75 amp fuse :wtf2:

So I messed with them again the other day and I had a messed up license plate buld so i took it out and they worked. SO TODAY THEY WENT OUT AGAIN this is very aggravating.

So what could it beeee Im getting very pissed offfff :ohno: PLEASEEE HELP!

Are the taillights themselves in functioning condition?

You pretty much answered your own question.

You've got a short somewhere. Gotta find it or you're going to keep blowing fuses.

Check wires near antenna assembly. I've heard some short in that area causing taillight problem before.

Short to ground. Make sure all the wires your grounding are in fact ground wires. Also putting in a bigger fuse isnt going to fix anything, theres no way tail lights will draw 75 amps, come to think of it all of your lights together wont draw 75 amps. Start with a wiring diagram.

Well to you Krash yes they are in working condition, and I put fuses in the yesterday because I had none again and also no brake lights both were blown so I put fuses in they work again and they are still.

So yea I do have a short but I never thought of the antenna Ill mess with that today and see if it helps.

Thanks guys

Heheee. I had this problem with my Corolla. How old are your bulbs?? Have you ever replaced them? I bet you the contacts on the bulb melted together causing a short. Check there first for something simple before you go into wiring. Please don't put a bigger fuse in you could jack something else up. I replaced the fuse drove around for a bit then you could hear the fuse blowing when I hit the brakes then smoke lol. :)
