No tail lights or instrument lights

i have a 1996 nissan hardbody d21 2.7 diesel my current issue is i have no tail lights or instrument lights

i have break lights and indicators and reverse lights .
have checked for power at the fuse and its all good
could it be a faulty switch or is there another fuse or relay that could be affecting it..

There is only one fuse that i see in the wiring diagram(fuse #22).You could possibly have a bad headlight switch.

switch was in today installed and is working sweet..thanks for your help
