No tachometer reading in 92 z32

its me again i have a 92 z32 2 +2. the tachometer does not read anything. all the rest of the gauges work. what could be the cause of this?

I have the same problem with my Z. I rescently did a partial rebuild on my 90 Z32 2+2 N/A. Fired it up for the frist time, tach worked. Fired it up for a 6th time, tach worked but slowly dropped to 0. I poped the hood and found the throttle body sensor had came off due to a bad clip, put it back on still nothing. The only other things I have tried thus far is disconnect the ECU and reconnect it. For me this isn't a huge issue because HEY my Z is running after a year of being down.
