NO!

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

That right there is a hard learned habit.
I've done the same thing. :tisk: It's one of those things that will make for a really bad day.
Cost me quite a bit to fix.
I felt awful when it happened, it was a legitimate accident and it was made it right, quickly..but still.
We're only human after all...but still

What can make or break any service experience for me is how something is made right after something bad happens.

Amen to that brother. I've had some sloppy work done in an Infiniti shop but I feel that my service manager has my back and will make it right (he has) and I will keep going back to them.

Number 1 way to keep your customers happy -- do not leave grease marks on the interior of their car.

Doesn't EX35 have the self healing technology for minor scratches?

I completely agree.

Once I had a plummer that I hired...he stained my living room carpet and left the cold water supply line dripping in my spare bedroom. When my wife called about the issues they said it would be a week or two before they would be able to come out and we would have to be available for a 5 hour window...and we were going to be charged for it. :squint:

Bad service happens in any industry. But I personally feel that social media, sites like AngiesList and Yelp have decreased the amount of crap these people are allowed to get away with. Although there are just some awful customers out there, who even when all is well need to complain.

It does but this level of scratch might not be depending on angle and depth.

I originally thought this thread was about sitting on a screwdriver and damaging a drivers seat, but the paint is an awful thing to damage too.

Pointy end down will get you a nice rip in the leather. No tools in pockets at all is the safest.
