no start?????

i can not seem to get my car to start so i looked under the hood can someone please help me figure out what this is it looks like a relief valve on top of the left fender i would post a pic but, i cant figure out how to put a picture on here

if you are reffering to the way outside of the passenger side engine bay behind the lights that would be a bleeder for your clutch... would not help starting issue....

i do not want to insult you but have you tried a new battery?? check the battery cable at the starter for corrosion or the terminals for corrosion as well.... maybe you have a bummed starter, or it could be your neutral safety switch or it could be many things but you have to be more specific.... for instance do your dash lights come on when you turn the key to accessory before you try to crank it?

If the car never had problems before, and is a manual look at the clutch pedal. There is a stopper that pushes a button and will not start if the stopper has fallen out
