No start/ No power

ok for background its a 95 240sx with an s13 redtop in it. I've had it for a while. Recently the car has been stuttering under normal acceleration, if I give it more gas it smooths out. Its really bad if i'm driving easy though.

Well the other day I parked my car and I came out to start it and it did nothing. No power lights or anything. I bring my friends truck to jump it and the power lights come on, the motor cranks real slowly and turns over maybe 2 or 3 times. I then lost all power lights and the car does NOTHING. Even when it is hooked up to another car the power lights won't come on.

I have searched.... someone said to check the alternator fuse but I failed in locating it. I really need my car back guys and help is appreciated!!!

The altenator fuse should be located under the hood on the right side of the car. Have you checked the wires that are connected to the alt? just double check that. Well good luck......

It does sound like the alt totally drained out the battery. I would consider pulling the alt, having it checked, and then replace if necessary.

The alt fuse isn't a small bus fuse (the thin red/blue/yellow) it's a larged rectanglur looking fuse that has a clear opening in the top. On the S13s, it's grey in color, so I assume it's similar if not identical in the S14s. It shoudl be labelled FL75A Alt

Ok well i hooked a battery charger up to the battery. It is def dead, now I can get the interior lights on with the charger hooked up. When I turn the key to the on position there is a loud buzzing clicking noise coming from where the fuse box is by your feet. I'm not good with electrical and this is really weird to me. What could make that noise???

i have the same exact problem and i found out that it was the alt fuse but i havent been able to local it in any stores ..i took off the alt and had it tested and it was good so i think that it should be the fuse but i still need to find it some where !

When you startup and the motorstart starts working but the engine does not run, it might be that the ECU is not working/dead/not good...You need to find the used ECU to test...
