no start issue

I've just acquired a 93 s13 with a stock ka24de that had been sitting for at least 5 years. I have replace the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, battery, and starter(because it was not engaging consistently and had a spare). The motor is firing but what seems like on only 2 cylinders. I have tested and it is receiving spark and fuel at least to the injectors. This is my first project and I am stuck at what to try next any suggestions? Thanks

I'd check your ignition and valve timing. See if rotating your distributor one way or the other helps or hurts it. Also look for vacuum leaks.
