I have a NA 90 300zx that won't start. It had a rough idle that was diagnosed as a blown valve cover seal, and spark plug boot, cuz it was hemorrhaging oil. Took it apart and replaced the seals. Put everything back and it won't start. It's getting fuel. Pulled the plugs and tested them, no issues there. There was one bunk spark plug boot, but in my experience that shouldn't no start. Tested all the coil packs, and as far my crappy voltmeter can tell they're all within normal. Same for injector resistance. Same goes for TPS.

I'm at a total loss. Any help would be majorly appreciated.

I remember reading somewhere on the forum where someone said if you forget to hook up all the grounds to the engine, it won't start. Since you were in there, maybe you forgot a ground wire by the firewall, or somewhere else?

Check around and see what you find.

The most common ground not attached is the passenger side of the plenum by the firewall. This will also fry your PTU. If your car is not starting, check the injectors and possibly the connector at the CAS. Also check for codes in the ECU, this may help you if there are any codes.
