I have a complicated no start problem with my 1989 240sx, when I recieved that car, there had been considerbale electrical work done to the car, (basically hacked electrical system) though the car did start and run just fine. A few days later upon attempting to start the 240, it just cranked and nothing else, i assumed it was the electrical but i ran through it a few times and it seemed like it was still fine and all electical connectons were still making contact.

I then procced to check for spark, and that turned out fine, So moving on, to the fuel system, the fuel pump electricals were also hacked up but electrically was working fine, and pumping fuel. So now that I knew fuel and spark were there the car still did not want to start.

This now has lead me to believe that either the injectors are bad, because the engine still sounds like it is getting no fuel, I already replced the regulator so thats not the problem, but could it be a vaccum problem? I pulled the codes on the car and I believe 13 Engine temperature sensor circuit came up along with, 14 Vehicle speed sensor circuit could any of these be causing this?

sorry about the long post.
