1987 Stanza w/200,000 miles starts great when outside temp is 65+ but takes much cranking (I actually burned up a starter last winter) if colder. Once started runs great, normal gas mileage, no stumbling or missing, etc. Found out this winter a VERY small shot of starting fluid will start it even at 30 degrees but that ain't right. No error codes, just no cold start! Help!

very ossible this is a coolant temp sensor or mass air flow issue. just two guesses really. if the starting fluid is helping out, the car must be starting lean. i have seen a few of those cars eat fuel pressure regulators.
