ok so i have and s14 sr in my 90 hatch and the #2 piston went to hell so i had to pull the motor for a rebuild. well after that was all said and done i reinstalled the motor and now im not getting spark from any of the plugs. the spark plugs are new and the gap is correct, the timing is dead on and the cas is working. i check to see if i was getting a 12v when the igntion on and im not getting anything. the wiring was good when i pulled the motor out and i havent messed with it since, so idk whats going on please help!!!

check the ignition fuse first then the ign power relay then check the igniter or at least the plug going to the igniter for power 12vdc and the ground.

so i took the cas out and turned it upside down and spun it while the ignition was on and had a sparkplug with the coil attached, when i spun the cas i was getting no spark. but when i took off the plug to the cas it had voltage and a good ground. so im leaning towards a bad cas. can anyone confirm that before i buy one?
