no spark

S13 sr red top into s14 chassis

ok still can’t get my newly swapped sr20 to get spark...here is a list of things we have done, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction as to what it could be/can try?:

-all wires have power off switched ignition – 12 volts-fuel pump relay wire working correctly hooked up to f3 s14 plug-orange ignition start wire working hooked up to f3 plug-black/red main ignition going to ecu [resistance tested and everything is okay]-wiring behind head, resistance tested and it was ok to #1 coil [we also took out coil #2 and tested for spark to see if it was a bad coil, no dice]-black/red and blue red wires have 12 volts of power, when key turned. -orange ignition start wire is fed 12 volts=injectors don’t seem to be working either-ecu is powering up [red light turning on]-12 volts on each wire on side arrow is pointing up-0.4 volts on other side when turned over-resistance test showed connection in only one direction

Could this be bad ignitor, or is that how it is suppose to read? What else could be a solution to my problem?
