no spark sr20 motor in my 1989 240sx

Car: 1989 240sx

miy son has a 1989 240sx he did the sr20 swap the shop doing the swap closed before it was done then a nother shop installed the encooler and blow off valve and turbo and then siad he could not finish it i have ben trying to get it going i have it turning over i have fuel but no spark please help
