No Spark. Possible ECU?

Okay, kind of a Z32 newb. Long story short I attempted to start the car while the four small ground wires that attach to the rear plenum were unhooked. The car hasn't started since. ECU says 21 ignition fault. No spark.Ignition relay and fusible link are in tact. I checked the middle lead of the coil connector with key on, no power. I read somewhere that this is a symptom of a bad ECU. Could the grounds cause this? Thanks in advance.

No power from the six ptu pins when key is on. Going to test the cas today.

After re-checking coil connectors, they did have 12v and ground. PTU didn't test to spec. Got one for $10 on ebay. Problem solved.
