No spark on s13 after sitting, please help

I just bought a 240 (89 s13 KA24e) that hasn't been run in 5 years.

It's not getting spark. It cranks over, but doesn't fire. I believe its getting fuel because the exhaust reeks of fuel as its being cranked.

Its getting 12 volts to the ignitor coil, but its not sparking out the ignitor coil.
Would this mean bad coil?

The EGI relay also buzzes when the car is cranking.

Would it be a bad relay? bad CAS? Or bad ignitor coil like I'm assuming.

Find a junkyard replacement for the coil, cheap and worth a first guess. Sitting that long, could be a lot of small things.
