no spark no injector fire s13 kouki???????

i have a s13 hatch that i justed droped in a s14 blacktop. i have no spark and no injectors firing for what i can tell. is it possible for the ignation chip to cause no firing of the injectors.ive unpluged and pluged my ecu pressed down on it everything making sur its pluged .my injectors r geting a .5 volt power which is low i think. my coils have a good ground and a 12 volt source but no signal. and my crank sensor is sending a signal.

check to see that you have your starter signal on the ecu hooked up. it tells the injectors to fire it is a orange wire nhas to have 12 volts. also the injectors also should have 12 volts. check the cas signal also.

the org. wire got 12volts for sure the crank angle sensor has a 12volt 5volt i think off the top of my head and with a test light i can see it flash for signal also the ground is good on it.

i see that i have a black and red wire comming off the ecu that is not conneted to anything look like it should the pin is the ignition swith on ecu does this need to be to a 12volt source or it just there? also dose a bad igniton chip keep the injectors from firing?
