no spark no fuel HELP!

ok.. so i have a 96 240sx se 5 speed. I spun a bearing in the engine so i replaced it with a fresh rebuilt one.
My plan was for an sr but didnt wanna start out too crazy.. Anyways i sold the harness and ecu. When i thought i was going for the swap. Decided not to at the last second... so harness and ecu being gone i had to source it elsewere.

Harness i bought was hacked up so i bought another one after i already bought one. so thats what i thought the problem was. now im thinking its the ecu and i bought it from some random guy for 100 bucks. After i bought it i looked up the codes on the ecu and i cant find it anywhere.

My fuel pump wont prime im not getting spark its like the only thing that works is dash lights and the starter.
There was come connectors the guy took they were next to my fuse box attatched to the strut tower and now on the new harness i have 3 connectors in the engine bay that look like they go there but everything is plugged in.

Under the dash where the ecu is i have 2 connectors not plugged into anything like something is missing. if u want me to send u pics text me 605 370 4096 i need help asap my other car the wife blew up trying to get out of the snow coming from work and this is our only other car we have and i gotta get to work on thursday so i have untill thursday 9 am to get it fixed plz help!!!!

ok so i fugured out one of the plug ins next to the ecu was a relay in hopes of it working yep noda no fuel pump priming but i used one out of the fuse box so i dunno where do i get that relay anyways
