Problem: Fuel pump isnt priming, injectors aren't clicking from what I can hear and not getting any spark from the coils... CAS right....wrong. The ground is good and everything looked perfect when I put my Fluke to it. Said well maybe I'm not doing something right and swap another CAS off a running motor and still nothing. I do hear the IAC motor when I turn the CAS by had with both CAS's. The was a running swap from a S13 being put into a S14. Got the car from a friend who doesnt know shasta about cars. He sent the harness to McKinney . I pulled the harness out and found some stuff I didn't like, so I fix it. There are 2 wires that I never did figure out what they when to from the KA harness. Can anyone tell me what they are for? I also repined the connector to ignitor and put in a NEW z32 ignitor. The fuel pump is brand new and been tested, so I know it worksorange/blue wire and Yellow wire? Anything would be helpful at this point.

I think the fuel pump and power for the coils both come off of the same relay triggered by the ecu if memory serves. You need to go through the wiring in the FSM and figure out what is common to those two things.

My memory is very foggy, sorry. Should get you going in the right direction. You need ecu pinouts and schematics.

if injectors are clicking your cas is fine.

the injectors are not clicking

I pulled the harness once and checked against the wright up's I found and used the schematics but came up with nothing... guessing the ecu bought the farm

I found my problem...opened one of mckinneys heat shrinked wires to find a loose a$$ connection. So I went over EVERYthing again and she runs perfect now. Thats for the ideas guys.
