No spark, new ignitor, maybe CAS? HELP PLZ

I just bought a 95 infinity ignitor chip, PN# 22020 50F00 I tryed a countinuty test but Im not sure I i had the right info to test it. Im not 100% sure my CAS is on the right tooth but it sould still get spark just at the wrong time right? motor turns over fine, sounds good. Can anyone help me out. any info will be appreciated! thanksps I DO HAVE FUEL......

did you just swap the engine? if so who did the wiring? there is a thick blue wire with a red stripe on it that has to be connected to power(near the rest of the plugs that had to be rewired to power the sr harness)

if this is not connected then the ignition doesnt work, trust me i know, i just got done with a sr swap in my datsun 510, and it had me stumped for days.
