did u REALLY get a good CAS?

Its a pain in the ***
anyway, maybe u got a bad connection, check the fuel pump fuse, check the Red/Black cable that runs from the coil goes past the inyector harness etc then keeps going to the Fuse box, check the cable for frying, grounding etc, get a tester btw.... the cable splits inside the harness and goes to the Key ignition assembly and to the ecu on the other end, my split was where the harness wass hooked near the radiator around there..
