No spark after making Emance conversion harness

I ordered an Emance tune for a buddy of mine. He has a 97 S14 with a built KA, TD06-20G, 75# injectors, etc etc. Anyways I built the conversion harness to use a S13 ecu on a S14 that is on Emance's website and i'm getting no spark at all. All worked fine until I made the harness. I would like to know which pins on the harness connector would control spark. The car is ready to go but has been down for 2 months now just because we can't start it.

Maybe if someone else has had the same problem what did you do to fix it. I've checked all fuses under the hood and in the kick panel. I think I should probably get a volt meter and see if the coil is getting power???
