No spark after installing Emance ECU...

I just installed Emane's ECU on my buddies 1997 KA24DE-T. I built the wiring conversion harness found on his website. It ran before the new ECU was installed. I soldered every wire exactly to his diagram. I just had a few questions.....

What wire on the S13 harness plug would cause the car to not get any spark???

I have a bunch of wires left over on the S14 harness side?? Maybe those are all for emissions purposes - which the S13 doesnt need to run???

Has anyone else built the conversion harness to run the S13 ECU on a S14?? Or does someone else have a different ECU pinout diagram showing which wires to connect to each other?? I printed the ones off of plxdevices.com and the ones from Emances website.
