No Sound out speakers

Hello,Im a owner of a used 2007 nissan versa. Recently when I was driving to school I was listening to my music off my phone. It was hook up through the AUX cord. Then for no reason it stop playing music. I check my phone volume, i tried a different cord.I check all the fuses and everything is fine. The power to the radio and cd player even still works. I mind boogled and dont know what to do or even where to start looking at. I hope someone from here has some advice or knows what the problem so I can fix it. Thanks

If you're still getting sound from cd and/or radio, then the most likely problem is a damaged aux jack.

No I'm not getting sound out of nothing. Everything still functions and comes on but no matter what I do there us no sound coming out of the radio. I hope um explaining this rite. Feel free to ask more questions for better understanding because I would love to get to the bottom of this
