No seatbelts, gauges

Today I replaced my dash board with a junk yard one. Everything was great until I turned on the car and noticed my seatbelts were not sliding back. I also noticed that the speedometer, tachometer, and engine temp. gauge were not working. The only thing that was working was the gas gauge. The automatic overdrive light wasn't lighting up either, but the instrument panel lights were.

The only thing I can think of is something came loose down there. I did notice a grey connector with notihng connected to it hanging by the fuse box. It is on the same set of wires as the door chime device. I can get pics of that tomorrow.

Any suggestions? Or maybe like a wiring diagram with the speedo cluster and seatbelt wires? Any help would be great. I did hit the gigantic search button too Most threads were instrument clusters for sale...
