1993 240sx s13 No Running Lights/gauge Cluster Lights

Title pretty much sums it up, I have no Gauge cluster Lights and I have no parking lights. So when I turn on the headlights, all i have are headlights the rear of the car is dark.

the only time I have lights in the back is when turning, or when I am braking.
