no running lights 91 240sx help please!!!!!!!

so i have a 1991 240sx, my problem is i have no running lights. the head lights work. along with the turn signals and brake lights. i have checked the fuses with a fuse light tester and have found only one side of the required 15amp fuse lights up. i replaced it with new fuses and same thing happens. all connections are good, and no corrosion. any ideas?

yeah bro... i had the same problem on my car. take out your taillights and take them out of the housing most likely there is bad grounds.. re do them and they will work fine.
