NO REVERSE!! WHY? 240sx

Sup fellas,

i have a 1995 nissan 240sx automatic. Recently i had a new ka24 dropped in by a mechanic, it was driving fine for about a month, then the transmission acted a little wierd one day, then reverse stopped working. But the transmission started working good again, but reverse still doesnt work. I put it in R and it seems like it is in Neutral. is my transmission ****ed?

Mechanic gave me a 6 month warranty on the engine, think he should have to fix it???

if it has a warrany then yes get your butt over there and have him fix it
