I was driving around normally. All of a sudden the car started to sputter. Pulled over. I'm getting nothing from cyl 1. Sounds like a subaru. Pulling the injector clip doesn't change idle, nor does pulling spar kplug wire. All the other cyls the idle fumbles when I pull those. I had an extra 650cc injector I threw in there, no change. So it's not the injector, it's not the spark plug, it's not the plug wires and it's not timing. Not positive what the readings should be, but they're the same for all injector clips on the multimeter.

Any thoughts as to what it could be?

should try a stock injector, the ecu can't handly a 650cc injector by itself.

mine did that with cylinder 4, idle wouldn't change with either spark plug or injector clip removed, changed injector, fixed idle and power.

that is....unless you do have a turbo and run 650cc injectors.

First, you need to check for votage oscillation from the ECU on that injector. A scope would be best, but you can do it with a GOOD multi-meter. The injector resistance might be fine, but the signal may be corrupt.

Check for spark tracking on the spark plug boot. Sometimes the boot will have a white chalky mark where the spark exits before it gets to the plug. It won't show up by just pulling the wire and plug and making it fire outside the cylinder.
