No power window movement

I have read about one window that doesn't raise or lower, but none of my windows move.
There's power at the fuse. the doors lock at the drivers door control.
it doesn't appear that there's power for the windows at the door controller (switches)
Should I be looking for something between the fuse and the door switch?
Interesting that none of the windows work.
There is no motor noise when trying.
would there be a benefit to 'hotwiring' the wires with a jumper?
or would I be in for a 'shocking' experience.
