Have you checked all fuses?

Otherwise I would follow the FSM for troubleshooting:

Sorry if that's not helpful :(

after a little bit of research i found out that the passenger window does stick down from time to time (a common problem) by simply holding the trigger up and just hit on the door panel and *presto* it comes up.........secondly the passenger seat was just off track so it's all good now

Hmm...Sounded like the window was not working at all instead of just having a reset issue.

Glad all is solved.
