No power to Iacv or 02 Sensor Rb20det swap

Alright, ive been wiring my rb swap in wire to wire as my harnesses do not have either of the engine harness plugs or the dash plugs. Im pretty sure i have everything right except i do not have power to my 02 sensor plug and im pretty sure my iacv isnt working as if you unplug it nothing changes. Any idea why? Could anyone look at their setup and tell me which wire colors go to each other? Mostly worried about the body harness to engine harness from the fuse box as there isnt a lot of clear info on what wires go to which.

well i have power to the iacv if i ground from the engine block but not to the other plug. Is this correct?

did you download the fsm for the R32? might have the wiring diagram you need to check where the power goes too.

I did a look through the fsm, i couldnt find anything to the specific.
